We review every application personally. If there's a fit, you'll hear from us within 3–5 business days to schedule a brief video or in-person interview.
A 20–30 minute conversation to get to know you. We'll also initiate a background check at this stage — straightforward and handled through our platform.
You'll review and sign our Sitter Service Agreement — including explicit SMS consent for job-related texts — before any booking communications begin.
We walk you through the Aura app, your profile setup, and how bookings work. Usually 45 minutes. Then you're ready for your first booking.
Aura Star is our highest recognition. It's awarded automatically when you hit the criteria — no application needed. Stars get priority bookings, higher rates, and access to premium services when they launch.
